To all who need a church home – to all who mourn and want comfort – to all who are lonely and want companionship – to all who pray and to all who do not – to all who sin and need a savior, this church opens wide the door, and in the name of Jesus, says, Welcome!
Our vision for St. James Parish is to be a loving family, embracing all people, expressing the love of Jesus Christ and carrying out His ministry in our community of faith and the community in which we live.
We celebrate our past, embrace the present and look forward to an exciting and blessed future. As a loving parish that is not content to remain within the comfort and safety of its historic walls, we seek to journey out into the diverse community and world sharing our blessings, talent and most importantly, the saving message of Jesus Christ.

Many thanks to Beth Williams
Many thanks to Beth Williams for putting together our outstanding Youth and Family programs this spring! On May 15th, we enjoyed the Jubilate production, “A Tapestry of Me” in the Parish Hall. And on May 21st, our Youth Sunday featured singing by our Jubilate Choir, liturgical dance, dramatized readings, and our Senior Sermon by Ellie Beltran. Matthew Hill was also awarded the Chorister of the Year award.
Are you new to St. James, and would like to learn more about Anglicanism and the Episcopal Church? Are you interested in being confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church? Father Tom will be holding an Inquirer’s Class each Sunday in June at 9:15 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Bishop Brewer is scheduled to visit St. James for confirmation later this year.
